about

You may (or may not) know that I am a big fan of 'the Sopranos’, the HBO series that ran from 1999 to 2007 and revolves around Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini), a New Jersey-based Italian-American mobster.
The series portrays the difficulties Tony faces as he tries to balance his family life with his role as the leader of a criminal organization.
A true classic!
In Episode 12 (an engagement party scene) this wonderful song is playing in the background. It’s such a great fit.
'I Saved the World Today' was originally recorded by the British duo Eurythmics for their album Peace in 1999. It was written and co-produced by band-members Annie Lennox and David A. Stewart and made it to number eleven on the British singles charts at the time.
I just had to have a go at this. Hope you enjoy it!
