'Ooh La La' is a 1973 song by the Faces.
It was written by Ronnie Lane and Ronnie Wood and was the title song for the band's last studio album, Ooh La La. Fun fact: Although the Faces had, arguably, one of the greatest singers of his generation in their midst (Rod Stewart), producer Glyn Johns wasn't getting the right vibe off Rod's performance and suggested Ronnie Lane have a go. I love his slightly shaky vocals on the original and tried my best to match them on a rainy, dark Sunday afternoon in December 2018.
Hope you like my take on this great tune.
